San Diego Car Care continues to evolve responsibly and is maintaining safe services for team members and customers. All services are currently open including Full Service Car Wash, Detailing, and Oil Change & Smog Test. We also offer an exterior “stay in your car” wash at all five locations. Disinfecting and sanitizing processes are in effect where necessary to ensure team and customer safety. Service times will increase as a result of these added safety measures. We may close vacuum lanes at certain times of the day in order to control traffic flow and ensure social distancing. We no longer remove mats from customer vehicles during the car wash process in order to safeguard the health of our employees (mats will be vacuumed in place, we will vacuum around and underneath without removing).

We are featuring an interior sanitizing and disinfecting service in our Detail Department. Simoniz Interior Sanitizer, Disinfectant and Deodorizer is a safe product for use on all interior surfaces including dash, console, doors, seat belts, seats and carpets. It is proven to be extremely effective against most viruses and bacteria including Coronavirus / Covid-19.
We will continue to implement and modify necessary customer and employee safety precautions during these unprecedented times to keep our community safe. Personal Protection Equipment is made available to all employees – it is mandatory in some positions and optional in others.

In addition to social distancing and facial coverings at our facilities, any employee with primary COVID-19 symptoms (temperature, coughing, body aching, etc.) should stay home. If these symptoms develop during the workday, the employee is required to report to his/her immediate supervisor.
Employees with high risk pre-existing conditions or special needs should make alternate arrangements rather than coming to work.
